At The Scribble Spot LLC, we care deeply about your experience and are always happy to help resolve any issues or concerns to the best of our ability.

However, please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on classes, workshops, products, or goods sold. 

If a pre-packaged art kit arrives damaged, it may be eligible for replacement if returned in its original packaging with receipt.
